Flip motion set
Full 100 degree flip (roll) of complete motion set, including ‘free fall’ and catch. Floating and interchangeable wall panels. Manual controlled hydraulic with rapid reset time
Rope bridges
Steel stanchion and counterbalance with tension rope system to achieve 12mtrs long rope bridges. Retrofitted into existing timber towers.
Hidden cranes
Faux wooden pulley with integrated electrical winch to raise and reset candelabra in Swords castle safely
6 DOF motion set
Modular motion set with floating and interchangeable wall panels (camera angles). Eight articulated legs in concert giving full 6 DOF of motion (bouncing, shaking)
Hidden trench
Hidden trench to float Viking ship in quarry as if in iced fjord. Decking over trench to allow cast and crew to walk, as if on iced water.
Floating camera platform
Submerged and hidden camera decks to carry camera crew inside torus of floating set
Mobile bridge
Modular bridge in kit form to span any length (15mtrs in this case) to carry 20 tonnes. Supplied and installed in 2 days.
Wave basin
Massive wave basin, demountable kit, fitted to existing car park concrete.
Overtopping horizon line in front of green screen. Supplied and fitted in 4 weeks.
In-door tank kit
Modular water tank to provide water on sound stage for photo shoot (floating boat). Supplied as rental
Hidden portage crane
Hidden hydraulic crane to lift 11mtr wooden poles, as if winched by cast.
Hidden steel mechanism underground, including safety mechanisms
Built as kit to be transported to several locations, including quarry cliff.
Drawbridge
Hidden hydraulic mechanism to operate a drawbridge (capable of taking horse and cart) as if timber and operated by cast.
Snake pit shoring
Steel shoring solution to create 3.5m deep box pit safe and dry for cast, crew and animals. Incorporating primed dewatering pump system. Delivered to remote location as a kit.
Stage racking
Build, supply and retrofit steel 13mtr high racking to carry sets. No interference with the existing stage building structure.
